A simple fare that is out of this world. Delicious alone or with smear of chopped chicken liver white fish salad or a couple pieces of lox. Makes a wonderful nutrious Low Fat Lunch and tastes Great. Recipe & Instructions
Hey….sure, Pamela! This all went into my bread machine (sans yeast):
3 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup rye flour
1 1/2 cups 2% milk
1 med-small chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped dill, including stems
1 small grated carrot
2 1/2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp caraway seeds
3 heaping tbsp brown sugar (or lt brown)
…put the bread maker on and four hours later…didn’t have bread! It smelled great while in the baking phase.
